Patient Forum & Surveys

We are very proactive and forward thinking and there are some issues we cannot move forward with without our patient input.
We have had a patient forum for sometime now and are very interested in recruiting more patients to ‘have their say’ so to speak.

These meetings are to discuss any up and coming changes – issues about the healthcentre / practice as a whole. They are quite informal and are usually attended by atleast 1GP and or practice nurse.

If you are interested in attending one of our meetings please contact Kelly on 0191 5658598 or drop us an e-mail on the contact us page and we will contact you with our meeting details.
As requested by the PCT our patient forum group consists of a diverse demographic.

Our Forum group currently consists of 9 members ranging from 16-75 years. Professionals include School Teacher, Health Visitor, retired persons, Roofer, Scholar and a Shop Keeper.
They provide a wide range of opinions reflecting the practice demographic.
